Yep, Instagram‘s latest beef is with feminist / actor Caitlin Stasey after she posted a close-up photo of her Bearded Princess in all its unpruned glory.
Here’s the crotch-shot in question:
The haters’ main gripe is that she’s apparently being “overtly sexual” by sharing a photo of that nature, that she’s trying to “prove something” by being open about her free bush.
Here are a few choice comments:
“What r u trying to prove really??? That it’s ok to be hairy and post it for the world to see. U need help. U need to tone it down a bit.”
“Yep, definitely an exhibitionist, not a feminist.”
“Do you really think this is hot?”
To which our answer would be: it’s 2016 and – guess what! – pubic hair is a very normal, very acceptable thing, and should be neither here nor there on the scale of what men find attractive.
As one, much more astute commenter pointed out: “She doesn’t try to be hot or [sic] be your sexual fantasy she is just a woman that is posting pics of herself if you don’t like her posts why do you follow her?”
She grows underarm hair, too.
Outrageous, we know.
