This is not a drill: Deputy Prime Minister of Australia Barnaby Joyce will be slidin’ into his gumboots and hittin’ up Splendour in the Grass this year.
SITG organisers have just released their forum & comedy club line up for 2017, and it’s fairly stacked: Aunty Donna, Wil Anderson, Matt Okine, Tom Ballard, Bryan Elsley (creator of Skins) and of course Q&A host Tony Jones.
As is now the norm, Jones is hosting a Splendour Q&A special (hashtag: #qandasitg), and his #auspol guests are none other than Barnaby “Johnny Depp bester” Joyce and Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young.
The rest of the panellists are yet to be announced, so at this point we can really only cross our fingers and hope the seats are filled by the most cooked cunts producers can find walking past.
