Barnaby Joyce Tweets Video Of Run-In With Photographer Outside Church

Buckle up mates, this week’s edition of Drama, In The AusPol is here. Former Deputy Prime Minister, Barnaby Joyce has filmed a run-in with a photographer outside a church today and posted it on his Twitter account.

Based on the footage, Joyce had just left Sunday mass when he decided to confront a photographer on a Barnaby-stakeout. The altercation appeared to have taken place on a sidewalk.

Of the two videos posted, Joyce captioned the longer one:

“Coming out of Church, guess who is hiding in the bushes taking photos, yet won’t give his name or who he works for.”

In the video, Joyce rips into the photographer for invading his privacy and demands to know his name and the organisation he works for. The photographer refuses to give it, not seeing its relevance, and instead accuses Joyce of trying to punch him.

“It’s our job. How can you seriously come out of church and size someone up to punch them… you pulled your right hand back and you – and if I hadn’t actually walked away, you would’ve clubbed me. Go back to your regular job as a bouncer.”

The photographer then begins to walk away but Joyce continues to follow him, demanding his name. At this point, members of the public join in and tell the photographer “to go to hell” and likens him to a “snake”.

In reply the photographer says:

“I kept my distance, and basically you’ve come over and decided you’re going to clock me.”

Joyce denies the claim again.

In another video posted Joyce films the photographer as he walks away and says after him “he’s not worth it”.

The tweet was captioned:

“We did the Sunday program to stop this, this is why we need a tort of privacy.”

Joyce and his partner Vikki Campion recently took part in an exclusive interview with Channel 7’s Sunday Night worth $150,000. The money is said to have been put into a trust fund for their son, Sebastian.

As per The Australianthe man has been identified as Gun Finlay of Matrix Picture Agency. Matrix is considering to file a police report.
