Anonymous Vows To Unleash “Hell” On ‘Killing Best Friend Prank’ YouTuber

British YouTuber Sam Pepper is the Internet’s least favourite person at the moment, after posting a video called ‘Killing Best Friend Prank’ that’s pretty much exactly what it sounds like.
Pepper sets it up, with the cold, dead eyes of a sociopath, by explaining that he recently met Viners Sam Golbach and Colby Brook, and decided to play a prank on Sam.
“Let’s see how he reacts to his best friend of five years getting killed in front of him,” Pepper says.
The video – which we ain’t gonna help get any more clicks but you can watch HERE if you really want to – shows the two friends driving through a shady part of L.A. to meet Pepper, before their car is ‘hijacked’.
The situation escalates to the point where Brook – in on the prank – is ‘shot’ in the head in front of a terrified Golbach, before the big reveal that HAHAHAHA it’s all fake and everyone can go about wiping the shit off themselves.
The video has sparked ~intense~ backlash, with a Change.Org petition to have either the video or Pepper’s entire channel taken down racking up close to 125,000 signatures.
YouTube has said that it doesn’t breach any community guidelines, though, and will stay on the site if Pepper wants it to – which, given his proclivity to these types of shock-jock videos, will be an indefinite amount of time.
Orrrrrrrr, maybe not, ’cause one arm of hacktivist group Anonymous has overnight warned Pepper will incur its clandestine wrath if he doesn’t remove the video in the next 24 hours.
The collective posted a series of threatening tweets aimed at Pepper.

And just to drive the point home, this one final reminder:

That was a hours ago, and Anonymous is a stickler for time:

We all know Anonymous follows through on this type of thing, so your move, Pepper.
