When I grow up, I want to be Kelly Slater. I’m sure he has his bad days but there seems to be an awful lot of getting barreled, sinking suds, and making chilled out tunes from what I can see. Earlier this year Slater hooked up with Aussie folk singer Angus Stone, laying down a track for an upcoming surf film at the Byron Bay creative hub, La Casa Artist Residence.
