Today the supremely talented Glasgow export CHVRCHES took on the seemingly impossible, performing a genuinely flawless cover of “Cry Me A River” for BBC’s Radio 1’s Live Lounge. It beats their Like A Version from last year of “Do I Wanna Know?”, which is saying a lot, because that cover rules.
Despite their huge success from their 2013 record ‘The Bones Of What You Believe’ CHVRCHES sadly aren’t touring at the moment, and a follow-up album for us to hang out for this year isn’t particularly on the cards anytime soon – if it is, it may take a reported two years to complete.
In the meantime, this gem will have to do:
