Ron Freakin’ Swanson Directed the Eccentric New Tweedy Video

Jeff Tweedy of beloved indie rockers Wilco has often joked that his band practically have to go door to door to sell records – in the video for ‘Low Key’, the new single from his side project Tweedy, he’s forced to go ahead and do just that.

The Wall Street Journal report that the video, which debuted overnight, was directed by Parks & Recreation star and master woodworker Nick Offerman. They met when the Wilco singer appeared on season six of Parks, and have kept in touch since.
You can check out the video and its array of cameos – including the likes of Chance The Rapper, Michael Shannon, John Hodgman, Conan O’Brien, Andy Richter, and a surprise guest at the end – below.
Tweedy is a collaboration between Jeff and his 18-year-old son Spencer. Their debut album, Sukierae, arrived this week.
