Rock ‘n’ Roll Photography is the New Trainspotting

Tony Mott is a guy with a camera who has become the country’s most lauded Rock photographer. Since arriving in Australia in 1976, Mott has had pics in 700+ magazines, 400+ CD covers and has been invited toured with the Stones, Fleetwood Mac, Silverchair and a bunch more. Even in times of the Hipstamatic, Mott remains the go-to guy for a quality snap.

His book, Rock ‘n’ Roll Photography is the New Trainspotting features an array of photos he’s captured from all over the world – many he says will be recognisable to fans. His exhibition of the same name will display these pieces at Brisbanes Artisan Gallery ’til March 19.
