Devastation this morning after the Australian people’s passionate campaign to have grossly undervalued national treasure Shannon Noll added to the Groovin’ The Moo 2016 lineup has fallen on deaf ears: the bill for this year just dropped and, no, he’s not on it.

The silver lining is that the regional musicanza has secured a sweet mix of local acts for its 12th year, including newly-minted triple j ‘Hottest 100’ winners The Rubens, Boy & Bear, SAFIA, Alison Wonderland, In Hearts Wake, Boo Seeka, Client Liaison, DZ Deathrays and British India.
Among the O/S names who’ll be making the trip Down Under in April/May are MS MR, Ratatat, Mutemath, rappers Danny Brown and Vic Mensa, Odesza and Twenty One Pilots.
The festival will also be ‘marshalled’ (WTF does that even mean, TBH) by The Meeting Tree, triple j’s Alex Dyson and Danny Clayton.
