“Ah, fuck” is simply how we’d describe Nicki Minaj‘s guest appearance during Ariana Grande‘s massive Coachella set. Within minutes, fans noticed something was way off when Minaj started rapping out-of-sync to ‘Bang Bang’. At one point, both artists shouted that they couldn’t hear anything out of their in-ears but the issue seemed to affect Minaj more than Grande.
Sound continued to glitch when Grande’s other guests Mase and Diddy took to the stage.
It wasn’t pretty to watch.

Fans know Minaj has suffered a string of electrical and technical difficulties recently but that didn’t stop some of them from being absolute savages on Twitter. For the most part though, people were enormously pissed at Coachella.

Earlier this year, Minaj’s European tour with Juice WRLD kicked off on the wrong foot after she was forced to postpone her show in Bratislava, Slovakia due to electrical issues. Minaj also had to pull out of her show in Bordeaux, France because of more technical bumps.
At the time, Minaj apologised to her fans on Instagram saying “these two cities that had technical issues are cities that I’d never been to before and we tried to add them, but they just didn’t have the power in the building to facilitate my show, and they didn’t tell us until three hours before the show as opposed to once we did sound check they said it was fine.
“Every artist has technical difficulties and has to cancel shows. I want to tell you guys that I love you dearly and I really hope to make it up very soon,” she said.
