Set your pants to backwards and pour one out for Chris “Mac Daddy” Kelly (above left), who is reported to have died at age 34, best known as one half of gimmicky but retroactively baller child hip-hop duo of the 1990s, Kris Kross.
This via CBS Atlanta:
An investigator with the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office tells CBS Atlanta’s Tony McNary that Christopher Kelly, 34, was found dead in his south Fulton County home around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. An autopsy will be performed on his body Thursday.
A spokeswoman with the Fulton County Police Department said unless the medical examiner finds out something different, it appears Kelly died of a drug overdose.
It feels like a part of our childhood just died. R.I.P. Mac Daddy.
