Kendrick Lamar To Headline Bluesfest 2016, Announces National Side Shows


Holy shitballs, this is big. Kendrick Lamar will return to Australia next year, for the first time since he supported Eminem in 2014, to headline the opening night of Bluestest 2016, and play shows for whatever lucky bastards can get tickets in Sydney and Melbourne.
It was confirmed first thing this morning that Kendrick will play at Melbourne‘s Rod Laver Arena on March 21 and Sydney‘s Allphones Arena on March 23. Tickets go on sale 9am Monday October 19, and details are available via LiveNation.
Bluesfest 2016 will take place from Thursday March 24 until Monday March 28 outside Byron Bay – for more info on that, check out the Bluesfest website.
