Foster The People Tease New Music For 2014

The guys responsible for the catchiest song ever about school shootings and the most hyped band of 2010/2011 Foster The People have promised a return to our eardrums, posting this 45 second teaser video to their Youtube channel, and proclaiming “We’re Back. Here’s a glimpse of 2014.”

Foster The People‘s debut album Torches came out in January 2011, so the new tunes have been a long time coming. The song teased in the video, Coming Of Age, sounds like a fresh delivery of frontman and songwriter Mark Foster‘s trademark piano-driven indie pop. As one Youtube commenter remarks, “I hope 2014 means next week or maybe tomorrow?”. Fingers crossed, Filippo2192. Fingers crossed.
