Flume Tossed Six Thousand Pokemon Cards Into The Crowd At His New York Show

It’s kind of hard to not like Harley Streten, aka Flume – music producer wunderkind. North Shore born and raised. Learned his craft on a free demo of Fruity Loops. Young kid doing big things on the world stage. Seems to have his head screwed on straight. Is pretty good mates with Lorde. Seriously, if you can find it within yourself to speak legitimate ill of the guy then it’s entirely possible there’s a spluttering coal fire where your heart should be.

Take this, for example. At his show at Terminal 5 in New York City – packed to the rafters with a venue capacity of 3000 people, no less – wherein to add to his already wildly impressive stage show which includes video screens synced to his beat pads, and the revolutionary Infinity Prism, Flume decided to reinvent the way we think about confetti.
How the hell did he manage that, you ask? By stuffing a pair of already packed confetti cannons with SIX THOUSAND POKEMON CARDS.
And it looked 100% cool as fuck, too. Check it out.

Harley, you just keep doing your thing, man. Because we definitely Diglett.
