“Strung Out” by Sydney act Fingertips (aka Claire Knight) has the DIY dance-punk feel recalling the ’70s-era New York Noise sound. In fact, this gritty, sexy club track is off Claire’s forthcoming record, aptly titled the “NYC EP”, which borrows influences from hip-hop, punk and dancehall into a very new pop sound.
