
Bloody hell. Say what you like about Australians, but we absolutely cannot get enough of Ed Sheeran.
The extremely likeable singer has just added another four Aussie and New Zealand shows, on top of the seven additional shows announced earlier this week, which in itself was on top of the seven shows initially announced. If you’ve been doing the math, that’s 18 shows all up.
Ed Sheeran – cute, boy-next-door Ed – is now the most toured artist to ever hit up the Australasian region, smashing the previously held record of 14 shows set by AC/DC in 2010.
The extra shows on his ÷ (divide) tour are scheduled for Perth (March 2), Melbourne (March 9), Sydney (March 15) and Dunedin (April 1), so if you missed out on tix to his sold-out shows the first two times, well, third time’s the charm.
