Drake Samples Jai Paul On New Leaked Track

Drake has dropped a new song overnight which may be the first track from his upcoming sophomore album, Take Care.

‘Dreams Money Can Buy’ samples the hook from UK artist Jai Paul‘s ‘BTSTU’, which was originally released in 2007 but has attracted significant buzz this year when Paul was signed to XL Recordings (Adele, Prodigy, The xx) and is possibly the most reworked blog single of the moment. Of the track, Drake said on his site, October’s Very Own, “A song that I felt the need to share. Not my single. Just a piece of my story. Hear me out though…”

Having recently claimed the title of Best Jew Alive, Drake’s new album is rumoured to feature collaborations with both Jamie xx and Florence Welch, which means this slice of British flavour may sit very well with the theme of the record. Listen to the track below:
