In news tenuously related to this year’s Splendour In The Grass lineup, a poll conducted by dating website Tastebuds.fm has found that Coldplay fans are the music lovers least likely to “go all the way” on a first date. Leave your condoms at home Splendour-goers! The website (which matches potential partners based purely on music taste) asked 400 users how far they’d go on a first date with possible answers being: “I’d only meet up for a chat”, “Perhaps a kiss” and “I’d go all the way if the mood was right.”
Based on this highly scientific M.O. which should not be disputed in any way, Coldplay fans were deemed the least likely to strip off their cardigans and have sex with you while fans of Nirvana, Metallica and Kanye West were deemed the most likely to knock boots with you after one initial meeting.
