I don’t know about New Years Eve, I always seem to have the worst of nights. Last NYE I ended up catching the fireworks on the streets half way between Oxford St and Kings Cross mid way through a potential evening ruining row with DJ Pheebs – I think it was due to not knowing where to go… This year will be the same, except for that fact that there is too many choices as opposed to last years lack of. You’ve got The Presets @ Bondi, Teenagers @ Manning Bar and now Busy P and DJ Mehdi @ Oxford Art Factory.
That’s right Ed Banger’s main man Mr.Winter and his Fafi married black stallion label mate pal DJ Mehdi will be twisting the knobs and pushing the faders at OAF all the way into 2009. Groovy huh? Lets just hope Mr.Gerber forgets to turn that evil limiter on.
Also in other OAF news Cosmo Vitelli is down to play next Friday Nov 7 which should be fun however if I”m not mistaken Canyons are pulling all the hype.
Cosmo Vitelli’s tour will be kicking off in Brisbane tomorrow : do it.
