No offence Wee Waa, but compiling a comprehensive list of activities for visiting retro-futuristic French DJs/Robots was kinda tough. Obviously, thy robotic ones will enjoy the clean country air and company of hard working, down-to-earth Wee Waarians, but if we want to give them some stories to tell the robots back home, we’ll need to organise something a little special. With the May 17th global launch date looming, here are our top 4 things for Daft Punk to do in Wee Waa.
Visit the CSIRO Telescope and Satellites
Robots love satellites, obviously. It has even been reported that Wee Waa’s collection of satellites and telescopes was one of it’s trump cards when the town was short-listed by the french duo. The good people of Parkes and Coonabarabran must be pissed.
Admire the Big Apple

if they are intent on seeing a Big Apple. They’ve come this far, right?]
Okay, so it’s more like the small to medium-small apple on the foodstuffs Australians celebrate with over-sized monuments scale, but it’s an attraction nonetheless. I told you this was tough.
