It’s 2021, finally. After a hellscape of a year, we’ve reached the other side, shaken and somewhat stirred.

In 2020, sometimes it felt like our focus was just on getting through the day in a totally changed world. In 2021, we’re finally ready to hear all that chatter about getting stuff done, kicking goals and being the best damn people we can be. It’s time to turn self-care into self-practice, because, in the immortal words of our girl Britney Spears, you’ve gotta work, bitch.

Enter: Selfish Sessions, PEDESTRIAN.TV‘s one-stop festival about all things self-care.

Selfish Sessions, supported by ANZ, Lovehoney, Urban Company and Mood, boasts a cracking lineup of experts and influencers talking all things sex, wellness, careers and 2021 goals.

After a shining Selfish Saturday in 2020 and the sold-out Selfish Weekend in 2019, for our third self-centred birthday we’re going virtual – like so much else in the last 12 months. But don’t worry if you’re Zoomed out for a lifetime, this isn’t a grim Zoom call with your supervisor. This is you learning how to be your best self, right from the best in the game. Chuck on some trackies and tune in.

The 2021 Selfish Sessions program is stacked, including Today’s boundary-smashing Brooke Boney; tennis legend Dylan Alcott; reality TV Gemini, author and podcaster Abbie Chatfield; and the realest of the Real Housewives, New York’s Leah McSweeney.
