NBC heads confirmed the news to TVLine, revealing Bell will helm one of season four’s 13 episodes. Bell, who leads the fabulous cast, stars as the… uh… recently dead Eleanor Shellstrop who wakes up in the afterlife – The Good Place – designed by Michael (Ted Danson). Jameela Jamil, D’Arcy Carden, and Manny Jacinto co-star.

The Good Place season four is currently in production but you can watch / rebinge season one to three on Netflix now.

In other news, Veronica Mars IS BACK. In the new eight-episode season, spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, threatening the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. Hired by a victim’s family to find the killer, Veronica (Bell) is swept into a mystery that pits the town’s wealthy elites against the working class. DUN-DUN-DUNNNN.

Also, Logan’s back.

New kids on the block J.K. Simmons, Mary McDonnell, and Patton Oswalt have joined the cast alongside familiar faces Jason Dohrig, Enrico Colantoni, Percy Daggs III, Francis Capra, Max Greenfield, Ryan Hansen, and Ken Marino.

Veronica Mars premieres on US tellies July 26. We’ll keep you updated on an Australian release date.

We stan.

OH, and because it’s a particularly busy year for Bell, she’ll be reprising her voice role as Anna in Frozen 2. By the looks of it, Anna takes on the goddamn ocean so that’s fine and normal. Disney Australia has yet to announce an official release date on their website but Google reckons it’ll be coming out across the country this December.

Stay tuned.
