WILDCARD, BITCHES: ‘It’s Always Sunny’ Gets Renewed For Seasons 13 & 14

If you can show us a group of utterly broken characters who are more deserving of powering through 14 seasons of ceaseless bullshittery, we’ll show you a goddamned liar.

Actually, we probably won’t be doing much other than gorging on It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, which has just had another two seasons confirmed by FXX. Oh yes, like boiled milksteaks or the hapless stickers on a pear, you can expect us to just ingest the bastards whole.

In a release from this fine morn’, the network confirmed IASIP will eventually become the equal longest-running, live-action scripted show on television, which is as mind-boggling as it is obvious – Charlie, Frank, Mac, Dennis and Sweet Dee are still as noxious as they were when the show first aired. And bless ’em for it.

Our emotions on this development can be summed up thusly:

As it stands, season 12 is set to premiere next year. Bloody hell, this show has been good to us – and will continue to do so for a long time, apparently.
