Critically-acclaimed darling of this year’s Sundance festival—picking up the coveted Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award—’Me And Earl And The Dying Girl’ has debuted its trailer online this morning. The film follows two film-making classmates who befriend a teenage girl with cancer: it’s ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ meets Michel Gondry’s ‘Be Kind Rewind’ meets ‘Moonrise Kingdom’ but with the added, immeasurable bonus of Nick Offerman.
The film is helmed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon, but there’s still no word on the Australian release date, while it currently does the film festival circuit in the States. Keen.
