Please stop everything, because the trailer for the long, long-awaited third season of ‘Outlander‘ is here and it will rip your heart in two.
A heartbroken Claire (Caitriona Balfe) deals with her heartbreak of leaving Jaime (Sam Heughan) back in the 18th Century, as she raises her child their child with her decidedly 20th Century husband Frank (Tobias Menzies). To make matters worse, Frank is the direct descendant of Black Jack Randall (also played by Menzies), the very dude who is trying to slaughter her baby daddy and his entire fam.
It looks like 20th century marriage isn’t going all that smoothly.
“The bargain was that we raise this child together, and you will not let me in,” Frank yells at Claire.
“You asked me to leave behind everything that truly mattered to me,” she fires back. “What is it that you want from me?”
IDK. Love, companionship, not being in love with a dead guy. True romance is a kick in balls.
Prepare for maximum sobbing this season, just quietly. It premieres September 10.
