By appearing in front of the Unites States’ senate subcommittee to make a plea for increased awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease, Seth Rogen has not only done exactly that but also raised awareness of how awesome Seth Rogen is.
Watch below as the self-confessed “lazy, self-involved, generally self-medicated man-child” gives a career high performance by relaying his real-life encounter with the deadly disease; also, watch below as the lady in the mauve cardigan makes serious stank face.
It’s like an episode of House of Cards, but only because it takes place on Capitol Hill and that’s the most relevant congressional cultural touchstone I can think of right now. This is definitely 100% less sociopathic, threesome less and infinitely, unbelievably more endearing. This, however, not so much:
Not sure why only two senators were at the hearing. Very symbolic of how the Government views Alzheimer’s. Seems to be a low priority.
