One of the more intriguing prospects that the much hyped Breaking Bad spinoff Better Call Saul presents is the prospect of seeing the evolution (or devolution, as it were) of characters so familiar in the original series; the ability to step back in the narrative timeline to a point well before Walter White was Heisenberg, to where some of Albuquerque‘s most feared were simply (relatively) mild mannered people just trying to get by – well before they all broke bad.
So here, in this latest preview clip for the upcoming series which is due to premiere on AMC this coming February, we see the first meeting between two people who’ll wind up becoming increasingly familiar in the titular Saul Goodman, and Mike Ehrmantraut who, at the time this show is set, was simply a parking garage attendant with a hair trigger.
The clip premiered on American TV yesterday, but was uploaded with all manner of advertising messages around it that forced the dreaded “The uploader has not made this video available in your country” sentence.
Fortunately for all of you, this is the internet, and the internet will not be told what to watch or where you can or cannot watch it. So if you don’t mind the Spanish subtitles (look at this way, you might learn something!), it’s here now for all your viewing pleasures/dissections/rampant speculation.
