This amateur footage illustrates Rihanna in a holographic bomber jacket (because shine, bright, diamonds) totally throwing down on a fan with her microphone in Birmingham on Monday during her Diamonds tour.
Some reports assert the fan was tugging at RiRi’s outfit; others grabbing her arm; others her more grabbable butt. While it’s unclear from the video, and in the face of such divided opinion, we have no option but to believe the butt version.
The clobbering occurred amidst her dancefloor cracker all about drug binges and misinforming the children about how to find love, “We Found Love”. According to The NY Post, a witness tweeted, “(Rihanna) just hit someone with her mic on accident haha oops.”
To which RiRi allegedly replied: “Purpose!!! That bitch won’t let me go.”
