Last week, Saturday Night Live discovered that the best way of getting to American President Donald Trump may be by hanging shit on his broken underlings. Melissa McCarthy’s impression of ornery White House press secretary Sean Spicer sparked a mini-pop culture moment, and reportedly even gave Camp Trump the willies.
Welp, she’s back again, returning to the stage to enact more vengeance on the imaginary press corp for, y’know, doing their jobs. Taking aim at several of the biggest blow-ups on the last week – the immigration ban’s fallout, advisor Kellyanne Conway’s confected terrorism attack and, oh, that not-even-subtle spruiking of Ivanka Trump’s brand – the second round is damn near as ferocious as the first.
Also ferocious: McCarthy herself, for managing to stay upright in those goddamn heels while chasing the crew down. We guess we’re just going to have to wait to see if that fabled Rosie O’Donnell appearance will top this one, but check it out below:
