WATCH: Jeff Delivers The Goods, Goes Full Goldblum On ‘The Project’

Ever been deeply sexually attracted to someone was way more weird than they were conventionally attractive, without being able to explain why?

Of course you have, that’s how we all feel about Jeff Goldblum. Known for his erratic pauses and utterly random decisions when it comes to which words he’s going to emphasise in a sentence, as well as for his breathtaking performance as hypersexual mathematician Dr Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park, he is an extremely odd heartthrob.
Goldblum was on the project promoting the upcoming sequel to Independence Day, which looks like it will be an absolutely horrendous, cheesy mess that I cannot at all wait to watch.
When fellow cast member Liam Hemsworth was asked whether he believes in aliens (because why not, I guess) he responded somewhat in the affirmative:
“I’ve had a couple of conversations with rocket scientists and asked what they think and it’s highly likely there’s some sort of life out there … Like octopus-y, crazy looking stuff.”

Goldblum decided to run with this, doing what I believe was an impression of Roger Moore saying “Octopussy, Octopussyyy” – half-singing it and half doing a very short, very repetitive Shakespearian monologue.

Have a watch:

While you’re at it, watch this Portlandia sketch which harnesses Goldblum to his full potential:
