Some relationships are good, and when the passion leaves, companionship and adoration remains. Others explode in a fiery extravaganza of hatred, tears, bitterness and more hatred. Sadly, the latter is more common, but the fact that the former exists means there’s hope, right?
James Corden welcomed Anna Kendrick as a guest on ‘The Late Late Show’ last night, and they together performed a thorough musical rendition of a relationship – from beginning to end.
You get some classics: Aretha Franklin‘s ‘I Say A Little Prayer’, The Weeknd‘s ‘Can’t Feel My Face’, Boyz II Men‘s ‘I’ll Make Love To You’, Shaggy‘s ‘It Wasn’t Me’ and Whitney Houston‘s ‘I Will Always Love You’.
And while we know Anna can sing from her ever-stunning ‘Pitch Perfect’ performance, Corden also seems to have a solid set of pipes on him – his soprano during Adele‘s ‘Someone Like You’ is a fkn feat to behold.
