Okay, so the new ‘Ghostbusters‘ film is causing a helluva lot of controversy; some say it looks terrible, some are pretty irked that it’s being remade with women (sigh), and others are pretty excited to see what they do with it.
Previous trailers showed a bit, but didn’t really give a full grasp of what the storyline looked like – but not anymore.
The latest trailer to drop gives us a good idea of plot, and how close they’re sticking to the OG. And it’s pretty darn close.
You can see the homages in location, the reappearance of certain ghosts, and the sliming of Kristen Wiig by a very scary-lookin’ lady ghost.
And, you get to see the possession of Chris Hemsworth, who plays the male version of Janine Melnitz, the Ghostbusters’ receptionist.
