In this instance, regular speed action was captured at a high frame rate, and then subsequently stretched down to a normal speed of 24 frames per second, or thereabouts, giving the illusion that real-time events are occurring in extreme slow motion.
What you’re about to see, for a period of 30 seconds, is Justin Bieber having eggs thrown at him repeatedly.
It’s a promo for the upcoming Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber – a program wherein washed-up comedians (and also Hannibal Burress for some reason) will mercilessly hang shit on the young singer for an hour, before Biebs tries his hand at stand-up in attempting a rebuttal at the end.
It’s a car crash the likes of which we’ve never seen before.
