Your childhood’s fave, That’s So Raven, is getting its own (official) spin-off on the Disney Channel – and Raven-Symoné is set to exec produce, hopefully ensuring it won’t wind up a steaming pile of cow dung (remember Corey In The House?).
Currently untitled, the show’s plot is… unexpected: it’ll be years down the track, with Raven a single mum of a teenage son and daughter, one of whom inherits her ~all seeing~ abilities.
Raven made the announcement on The View, for which she’s currently regular co-host but will leave behind to go work with Disney on producing the series because priorities.
Speaking to Whoopi Goldberg etc, she said: “I’m still me, I’m still Raven, but I’m actually going to be a mother this time – a single mother raising two kids. I’m very excited.”
