Raven Symone Just Hinted At A ‘Cheetah Girls’ Reunion, So It Really Is The Fkn Roaring 20s

Don’t freak out but Raven Symone just hinted at a Cheetah Girls reboot. Actually, nope, you can freak out over this one.

Arguably the best DCOM (Disney Channel Original Movie) of all time, The Cheetah Girls were the girl-power group we needed in the early noughties. And if Raven Symone has her way, they could be back for the reboot to end all reboots.

The group consisted of That’s So Raven star Raven Symone (Galleria), girl-who-was-way-too-good-for-Rob-Kardashian Adrienne BailonKiely Williams and Sabrina Bryan. They won our hearts over in three feature-length films: The Cheetah Girls, The Cheetah Girls 2 and The Cheetah Girls: One World, which honestly all deserve a fucking Oscar.

Despite not appearing in the third film, Raven had a lot to say about the franchise in a recent ET interview.

“I need to talk to the girls first because we need to curate an answer,” Symone said. “This can go so sideways on so many levels.”

It appears Raven is still BFFs with Adrienne Bailon (Houghton), who she seems to be down to do anything with.

“Listen, I’m down with Adrienne [Bailon Houghton], whatever Adrienne’s down to do, I’m down,” Symone said. “I will work with Adrienne for the rest of my life. She’s awesome sauce. I love everybody in their own ways.”

She also elaborated on the beef between former Cheetah sisters Kiely and Adrienne, with Williams airing their drama online recently.

“It’s just, real girl groups have their moments, imagine a fake one,” Symone graciously put it.

In case you missed it, Kiely Williams recently discussed Adrienne’s talk show The Real, asserting that she wouldn’t be keen to go on it.
“I don’t see a reason why I would need to go on The Real because I’m not promoting anything, right? So there’s no reason to do that for me,” Kiely said. “Also, I’mma be honest with you: I don’t think Adrienne wants to, like, have live TV with me. ‘Cause, I mean, she’s gonna have to say, ‘Yes, Kiely, I did pretend to be your best friend. Now, I am not.’”
Although the Cheetah Sister stand together, it appears the real life women aren’t quite as fond of each other.
Here’s hoping they can all work it out so we can have the Cheetah reunion we truly need to get through this hellish year.
At this stage, a Cheetah Girls 4 is merely a pipe dream, but until we can get some sort of confirmation, we’ll all just have to relive our childhoods on Disney+.
