Taika Waititi has finally, actually destroyed us, bringing the popular Downfall meme back to riff on his upcoming film Jojo Rabbit.
Jojo Rabbit tells the story of a young German boy being raised by a single mother, and whose only ally is his imaginary friend Adolf Hitler.

Taika Waititi plays the fuhrer in the upcoming Jojo Rabbit, while Roman Griffin Davis, Scarlett Johansson, Rebel Wilson, Sam Rockwell, Alfie Allen and Stephen Merchant also star.
Speaking to Deadline this year, the director said that his take is “like a 10 year-old kid’s version of Hitler,” adding “it would just be too weird to play the actual Hitler, and I don’t think people would enjoy the character as much.”
