Air New Zealand have just released their new safety video, and it’s, er, interesting.
Obviously feeling the heat from Qantas’ nabbing of John Travolta for their in-flight video, our Kiwi cousins managed to secure none other than American fitness legend Richard Simmons to dance his way through the announcements. That song you’re hearing is ‘The Only Way Is Up’, possibly the first and last use of Yazz for in-flight entertainment. And check out that sequined singlet! Where do we get one of those? There’s a lot of unsavoury jokes in here, but we particularly love the bit with the life jackets where Simmons yells “Yeah, blow! You’re pumping it up.”
