Rachael Taylor Lands Lead Role In Supernatural Drama ‘666 Park Avenue’

Bonds billboard girl and red-carpet stunner – and sometimes actress – Rachael Taylor has landed the lead role in the ABC (US version) pilot for ‘666 Park Avenue‘, in which the failed Charlie’s Angels 2.0 alum will play the manager of a haunted apartment on Park Avenue.

The Hollywood Reporter reports (funnily enough) that Taylor will play Jane to David Annable’s Henry, a young couple plagued with supernatural real estate woes that threaten the lives of the Upper East Side. So undead tenants, poltergeist plumbing and bed bugs?

Based on the serial novels by Gabriella Pierce, the pilot marks another step toward an increasing small-screen presence for Taylor, who also had a run on the lobotomised rom-drama-soap Grey’s Anatomy before the failed Charlie’s Angels small-screen reboot got given a stiletto-boot. ‘666 Park‘ sounds a little like it’s cashing in on the success of the Ryan Murphy created American Horror Story. That, and a nostalgia for Demi Moore’s beautiful converted SoHo loft in Ghost, a time before bulbs and the exorbitant cost of living, or dying. Killer rent, killer entertainment.
