Here’s A New Teaser For ‘The Prince’, Featuring A Sassy Quarantine Message From George

Prince, Gary Janetti

Gary Janetti has given us our first look at The Prince, in the form of a sassy quarantine message from young George himself, as a teaser for his upcoming HBO Max series.

Not to be outdone by his grandmother, who shared her own Easter quarantine message last week, the sassy six-year-old took to Instagram to encourage us all to stay positive, saying:

“Hey guys, it’s me, Prince George. Thought I’d show you all I’m doing OK, sing ‘Imagine.’ Just kidding, just kidding. So out of touch. Cringe! Am I right? Anyway, I know self-isolating is difficult and we’re all sick of being stuck in the same 775 rooms, or, you know, studio apartment, it’s different for everyone.”

Gary Janetti, a Family Guy and Will & Grace writer, became a huge Instagram star thanks to his snarky posts in the voice of the prince.

His animated series, based around young George, is set to premiere in 2021, and features a number of big names in its cast.

Orlando Bloom and Condola Rashad will play Harry and Meghan, while Lucy Punch will be the voice of Kate Middleton and Iwan Rheon will be Prince William.

Tom Hollander will play both Prince Philip and Prince Charles, Alan Cumming will be George’s butler Owen, and Frances De La Tour will play Queen Elizabeth II.
