Prince William and Kate Middleton started the weekend off with a family trip to support their favourite team Aston Villa, but as usual, Prince George proved to be the centre of attention.
He was photographed with his parents in the stands, and was seen bouncing up and down on his seat with excitement as his dad leaned in to point out what was happening on the field.
The Kensington Royal Instagram account shared a video of George cheering and celebrating, and honestly, it’s the antidote to your hangover or whatever you’re going through this weekend.
Aston Villa won the match 5-1, and the charismatic youngster was “very happy indeed”. Go ahead and give it a watch:
The team themselves also gave a shout-out to young George on their Twitter account, telling him “you know how to pick your Aston Villa Football Club, Your Royal Highness.”

Of course, the iconic Gary Janetti is already all over this already:
Back in July, Kensington Palace shared photographs of George for his sixth birthday, sporting a gap-toothed smile and dressed in the official jersey of the England National Soccer Team.
