Miley Cyrus Roasted One (Or Both) Of Her Famous Exes On Instagram Bc Shade Never Sleeps

Miley Cyrus, reigning queen of shade, has never been one to shy away from a diss, especially when it comes to her famous exes.

The ‘Midnight Sky’ singer has jumped on the Britney Spears support train by sharing snaps of the popular ’90s singer on her Instagram story amid the #FreeBritney movement, including an iconic shot where Britney wears a t-shirt emblazoned with the slogan: ‘Dump him.’ Side bar: Remember when slogan tees were all the rage? Good times.

But anyway, back to the yarn at hand: Miley Cyrus shared the piccy on her Instagram Story and wrote, “Already did Brit.”

I love everything about this. The succinctness. The subtlety (or lack thereof). The full stop at the end. The matching of the text with Brit’s top. Not to mention the fact that she’s confirming the long-running rumour that she “dumped” both Liam and Cody.

The whole thing is just *kissy fingers*

It comes after Miley Cyrus slammed both Liam Hemsworth (her ex-husband) and Cody Simpson (her ex-BF) on Australia’s own The Project (a.k.a. the homeland of both lads).

During her appearance on the nighttime telly show, they played a snippet from her ‘Prisoner’ music video, in which a message pops up that reads: “In loving memory of all my exes. Eat shit.”

When pressed about the messaging by Lisa Wilkinson, Miley Cyrus responded: “I think life can be painful, and sometimes poking fun and laughing along, I always feel like life is laughing at me and pulling strings.”

She added, “I think that was a way that I was able to fight back at that and poke a little fun at it and create something that was campy and that was the perfect book-end for what we made, you know.”

So not only was the message shown in all its glory, but she actually discussed the sentiment and, well, she did not take it back. Quite the opposite, in fact.

Check it out below:

That happened literally one week after Miley Cyrus gave some insight into her divorce from Liam Hemsworth during her appearance on The Howard Stern Show.

“Me being an intense person and not wanting to sit with it and not wanting to go, you know, ‘What could be purposeful about this?’ I just clung to what I had left of that house, which was me and him,” she said. “And I really do and did love him very, very, very much and still do, always will.”

Like it says in the Bible: shade never sleeps.
