Melissa McCarthy Posts Proud Photo Of The Women Working On Ghostbusters

We all heard the neckbeards roar in unison as it is was confirmed that there would soon be a gender-reversed reboot of Ghostbusters.

‘But they are women!’ they cried, ‘They can’t even earn the same wage as us, let alone catch the same amount of ghosts as us burly men-kind! Their ladybrains won’t allow for such activities!’
But here we are; the gal version of Ghostbusters is being made, the earth is still turning, and feminists haven’t ripped out the throats of every man alive in a dastardly plan to become the dominant, superior gender.
Melissa McCarthy has similar ‘screw the haters’ sentiments, actually going as far as celebrating a group of women working together in an industry that often overlooks people for nothing more than their gender identity. The audacity!
She posted this adorable image on Instagram last night, where every female member of the cast and crew stood together to show the ladypower that’s gone into the film:

3 cheers to @theellenshow from all the remarkable women of #ghostbusters. When we stand together we are unstoppable! #girlpower
