The entire internet is abuzz with chatter about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s shock decision to “step back” from their roles as senior members of the Royal Family and embark on an independent life.

Like clockwork, a friend of Meghan’s has come forward with behind-the-scenes tea about the couple’s reasoning for relinquishing part of their power.
The sneaky pal told The Sun that Meghan and Harry’s decision to divide their time between the UK and North America is ‘coz they feel like they’re “not central to the future plans” of the Royal Family.
“They have nothing to hide and have got so much good work to do,” the friend revealed.
“It is true that Harry and Meghan will spend a fair amount of time in Canada over the next couple of months and possibly going forward too.”
Said friend revealed that the couple want to live a “different and unique path” and they are in the “early stage” of discussing what this will look like.
“Right now they are starting talks with their family about their plans for the future. Those conversations are at a very early stage.
“There is a very careful and serious process to go through which they are going to respect.
“But it is clear they are on a different and unique path, and they are very much thinking about what the future looks like for them.”
Apparently the holiday season was heaps eye-opening for the pair as they spent time alone and realised they like it this way.
“They very much enjoyed their time over Christmas and New Year where they weren’t pictured once and were left alone.”
Following the couples’ wild statement, Buckingham Palace has released a statement of its own and Queen Liz is PISSED.

BBC reports that no other member of the Royal Family was consulted before Harry and Meghan issued their personal statement and they are understood to be “disappointed.”
