With a clear mandate to extract every last bit of cynicism, sass and chic from the southern hemisphere’s largest natural source of sarcasm, SBS 2 has presented us with yet another compelling reason to tune into The Feed next week, releasing this heated sneak peek at Lee Lin Chin’s long-gestating death match against veteran Australian cooking personality, Maggie Beer.
We’re told the irascible pair hold a decades-long grudge against each other in the wake of an incident in which Chin broke into Beer’s kitchen and drank all of her alcohol (classic Chin). The beef, which Chin tells Beer she should “build a bridge and get over” (again, classic Chin), will be played out in full during Monday night’s edition of Chin’s highly unprofessional cooking segment, Lee Linguine: It’s Chinner Time.
