Whatever you chose to be this Halloween, it’s safe to say that your costume probably did not hold a candle to the red pantsuit realness that Katy Perry served up with her Hillary Clinton look.
Mind you, you probably don’t have endless reserves of wealth or a team of dedicated makeup artists at your disposal, but still, look at this goddamn costume and tell me it isn’t flawless.
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom hit up Kate Hudson‘s Halloween bash over the weekend; she went as the Democratic nominee while he can be seen creeping around in the background of their photos in a Donald Trump wig.
The two set a new standard for couples costume goals, it’s pretty fair to say.
Throughout the election campaign, Katy herself has been a pretty strong Hillary supporter, saying at one point:
“Both my parents are pastors and staunch Republicans. I didn’t finish high school. Unfortunately, I don’t have a formal education. But I do have an open mind and I have a voice. I’m asking you to have an open mind and to use your voice…Here’s how I’m going to use my voice: I’m going vote for Hillary Clinton.”
