Joel Edgerton And Christian Bale Super Serious In New Ridley Scott Motion Picture

In Ridley Scott’s new film – ‘Exodus: Gods and Kings’ – Christian Bale stars as an Israelite called Moses who may or may not have actually existed IRL with Joel Edgerton front and centre as ‘Ramses’ (presumably Ramesses II), a potentially red-haired pharaoh whom the annals of human history remember as the dude who made Egypt hella rich with the booty of conquered empires.

The story follows “one man’s daring courage to take on the might of an empire. Using state-of-the-art visual effects and 3D immersion, Scott brings new life to the story of the defiant leader Moses (Christian Bale) as he rises up against the Egyptian Pharaoh Ramses (Joel Edgerton), setting 600,000 slaves on a monumental journey of escape from Egypt and its terrifying cycle of deadly plagues.”

Can now confirm: eyeliner maketh the man.

Exodus: Gods and Kings also stars Sigourney Weaver, Ben Kingsley, Aaron Paul, Indira Varma, John Turturro and is set to be released December, 2014.
