Jerry Seinfeld Confirms That Some Kind Of Seinfeld Reunion Is Happening

Jerry Seinfeld has given a radio interview to WFAN’s ‘Boomer & Carton’ show yesterday, and was thankfully asked about the fact that he, Jason Alexander and Larry David were spotted outside of Tom’s Restaurant a few weeks ago.
Until now we could but speculate as to what project they might be working on, if any.

When pressed Jerry confirmed that they weren’t filming an ad or anything for his ‘Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee‘ show and said that it was a “secret project.” Which means whatever the hell he wants it to mean.

Afterwards Seinfeld partook of a casual game of 20 Questions where he gave more than ever before away:

Was it filmed?

“Yes it was. It was filmed.”

Were other Seinfeld characters involved?

“Yes there were.”

Was it a short-form or a long-form filming?

“It’s a short-ish form.”

Was Jason Alexander playing George or himself?

“George.”

Was Larry David involved?

“He was involved.”

Was he on camera?

“No.”

Was his voice heard?

“No.”

When will we see this?

“Very, very soon.”

Was this a one-and-done or will there be more?

“I think it’s one-and-done.”

Is it longer than 60 seconds?

“Yes.”

Was Jason surprised to get the phone call for this?

“No, he remembers that he played that character for many years. He was not surprised that he was asked to play George.”

This filming, was it all done at the table?

“No, there were other locations.”

Seinfeld’s apartment?

“No.”

We’re speechless, speechless. We have no speech.
