Here’s Another Fkd Peek At Pennywise From ‘It’ & We Hope You Like Drains

Sure, we’ve been keeping tabs on the development of It, the big-screen remake of Stephen King’s utter howler, but we’ve almost taken a keener interest in monitoring just how shit-scared people are becoming over teaser images.

We’re going to have fun with this one, ’cause the latest edition of Empire Magazine features a delightful It spread featuring this manifestly fucked image of Pennywise the Clown:

YUP.

That, right there, is Bill Skarsgård’s take on Tim Curry’s legitimately iconic drain scene, and it almost makes the original film seem kinda quaint.

Of course, that backs up recent claims by the remake’s director Andrés Muschietti, who said the cast “fucking freaked out” when they clocked Skarsgård in full regalia for the first time.

“Bill is like, seven-foot high, and I can’t describe how scary he looks in person. He’s a wiry man, crouching, making sounds, snotting, drooling, speaking in Swedish sometimes. Terrifying.”

It releases internationally on September 8 this year. No word on an Australian release date, but until we have one:
