George R. R. Martin Spoils Season 4 of Game of Thrones

Warning: fake spoilers ahead.

So we’ve had almost 24 hours now to come to terms with the Hodor-sized hole left in our hearts after the season three finale of Game of Thrones last night.

But where do we go from here? Who knows? No one really knows (that’s a lie – people who’ve read the books know). Everyone else though? No idea. What are we gonna do? Read the rest of the series on a Kindle? No way man. Instead, non-readers are faced with a terrible long winter of their own waiting for new episodes to arrive and wondering how many liberated slaves it would take for Daenerys Targaryen to crowd surf her way across the narrow sea. Or precisely how many more octaves Joffrey’s shrieks can lift. Or what the deal with Theon Greyjoy’s all-night S&M party is.

Well wait no more non-readers because master of whispers Conan O’Brien has managed to find some invaluable DVD commentary footage for next season involving the suspected wizard to which we owe the grimmest two minutes of television ever witnessed to, A Song For Ice and Fire series author George R. R. Martin, who provides some game-changing spoilers for next season.

You won’t believe what happens to Jaime Lannister. It will Rock. Your. World.
