Hell Yeah, The ‘Fast & Furious’ Franchise Is Coming To Netflix Next Month

Those of you with the burning need to live your lives a quarter mile at a time, but who can barely keep Donkey Kong in line on Mario Kart are in luck: All your dreams can be lived vicariously in July thanks to Netflix and the Fast & Furious franchise.

The good and kind folk at Netflix Australia have allowed us to exclusively reveal that the stupidly popular cars-and-crooks franchise is finally making its way to the Netflix library next month.

The full catalogue of new releases hitting the streaming service in July drops tomorrow, but today we can reveal that the bulk of the mega-profitable and enduring Fast & Furious franchise will be available to stream on your TVs and various associated devices real, real bloody soon.

Of the franchise’s now-extensive library, the first five films are set to hit Netflix screens in July.

We’re talking not only the original The Fast & The Furious, but it’s four immediate follow-ups as well.

That means you’ll be getting:

  • The Fast & The Furious
  • 2 Fast 2 Furious
  • The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift
  • Fast & Furious
  • Fast Five

That covers the promising start, the shaky couple of sequels, and the resurgence of the series right up to the point where The Rock shows up.

All in all? Pretty sweet deal.

You’ll be able to drift your way through a lazy, rainy winter’s day with a helping of those quite bloody nicely, we reckon.

Still miss you, Paul.

The rest of Netflix’s July scheduled will drop tomorrow. Get yr calendars ready.
